"Easy enough for our yearbook class"
After using a clunkier yearbook program in the past, Walsworth’s software felt straightforward this year. Moving photos around, switching layouts, and making page fixes were all easy enough that we didn’t have to spend a ton of time just learning the system.
A few tools took me a little while to track down, but overall it made the whole process way less stressful. My students were able to jump in and get work done without stopping to ask me questions every five minutes

"Honestly, the sales rep never got back to us"
We reached out twice asking for help and never heard back either time. Frustrating.

"A bit too expensive for me"
I thought it was okay, but it felt overpriced for what you actually get. I’ve bought similar products before that cost less and gave me about the same, if not better, value. Not terrible, just more than I’d want to pay again

"Getting a reply took way too much effort"
I had to keep chasing them with emails just to get a response, and even then the replies were really slow. It felt like way more effort than it should’ve been, especially when I just needed clear answers. Customer service didn’t feel very helpful.

"Print quality wasn’t what I expected"
Not saying it’s a scam, but I was disappointed with how the prints came out. The photos looked kind of dull, and a few pages were blurry enough that I wouldn’t really want to use them. I was expecting better quality overall.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it showed up. The tracking updates were a little sparse, so I wasn’t totally sure when to expect it, but the package arrived with no issues and everything went smoothly overall

The delivery was a little late, which was frustrating because I had to follow up more than I expected. Communication was mostly okay once I raised the issue, but I do feel like it shouldn’t have taken escalating the complaint to get a clearer update. Overall, it got done, just not as smoothly as I’d hoped.

"Cover started peeling way too soon"

The photos came out okay overall, but a few of them printed darker than I expected and the colors didn’t look quite right. I kind of felt trapped with the results since I didn’t really have much to do besides accept them, but they’re still usable.

"Decent training, but messy resources"
My snap judgment: the training was fine and definitely helped a little, but finding the right resources was more annoying than it needed to be. Nothing terrible, just could’ve been organized better and explained more clearly in a few spots.
